<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an RF unit common, without depending on a radio system, in a radio base station device divided into a BB unit and the RF unit, and to miniaturize the base station device. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station is configured, via a transmission line, such that a baseband part for modulating and demodulating a digital baseband signal is connected with a high frequency radio part for transmitting and receiving a high frequency radio signal and converting the signal into a digital baseband signal. A digital baseband signal of a sampling frequency specific for a radio communication scheme of a radio communication system is converted into a common baseband signal of a common sampling frequency in the baseband part, and signals are transmitted and received between the high frequency radio part and the baseband part by the common baseband signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
