PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting device for a pulsating fluid, capable of continuous processing applicable to changes in viscosity. SOLUTION: The transporting device for a pulsating fluid includes: a fluid transporting section 10 for applying flow to a fluid from a source reservoir 16; a fluid converting section 12 for converting the flow into a pulsating fluid containing a discharge flow and suction flow; and a flow rate control section 14 for controlling an average flow rate of the fluid to be constant and controlling the maximum flow rate of the discharge flow to be higher than the maximum flow rate of suction flow. Further, the fluid converting section 12 of the transporting device for a pulsating fluid is connected to an outlet line 18 for transporting the fluid to a reactor or the like outside the system.
