A method for manufacturing a battery pack is provided to reduce the manufacturing process of a power control module by a battery protection circuit with one IC chip. A method for manufacturing a battery pack comprises the steps of (S710) making a battery protection circuit with an IC chip; (S720) packaging the IC chip to a battery cell; and (S730) mounting a battery case to the outside. The each element constituting the battery protection circuit is made with a bare wafer, and the bare wafer of the each element is processed so as to be prepared into an IC chip. The some part of the IC chip is formed into a pad for the electrical connection with other devices. |
