An amine aqueous solution for polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane production and a production method of a polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane using the same are provided, wherein the polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane has excellent physical properties including 41 gfd or higher of a permeation flow rate and 97.5% or higher of a salt removal rate. An amine aqueous solution for polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane production comprises 0.1 to 20% by weight of a polyfunctional amine, 0.01 to 10% by weight of an amine salt additive including tertiary amines as well as quarternary amines in main chains of arbitrarily substituted hydrocarbons, and 70 to 99.89% by weight of water. A production method of a polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane comprises contacting the surface of a porous support with an organic solution containing the amine aqueous solution and 0.01 to 5% by weight of one or more amine reactive compounds selected from the group consisting of polyfunctional acyl halide, polyfunctional sulfonyl halide, and polyfunctional isocyanate and interfacial polymerizing the porous support with the organic solution to form an active layer.
