An opening/closing device of a refrigerator home bar and a refrigerator home bar having the same are provided to easily open the home bar door by elasticity generated by compression of an elastic element even when a user's hands are not free. An opening/closing device of a refrigerator home bar includes an elasticity element(230) mounted to a door(110) of the refrigerator to be supported and fixed to an upper end in a home bar frame at an end, a magnet(210) coupled with the other end of the elasticity element, and a metal part(220) coupled at an upper end in a home bar door. The magnet and the metal part are coupled with each other when the home bar door is closed, so as to keep the closed state of the home bar door. The home bar door is opened by elasticity generated by the compression of the elasticity element.
