A desktop type robot dispenser is provided to perform a discharging process in a three-dimensional manner by using only one motor to rotate a tray. A desktop type robot dispenser(10) includes a base, a vertical frame(13) protruded from an upper part of the base, a horizontal frame formed horizontally to the base, and a discharging member(20) for discharging a liquid through a nozzle. The desktop type robot dispenser includes a holder(30), an X-axis transfer unit, a tray, a rotating unit, a Z-axis transfer unit, and a Y-axis transfer unit. The holder is loaded on the base and is moved in front and rear directions. The X-axis transfer unit transfers the holder to the front and rear directions. The tray has a shape of dish and is loaded on the holder. The tray is rotated in a constant angle. The rotating unit rotates the tray in the constant angle. The Z-axis transfer unit transfers the horizontal frame from the vertical frame in a vertical direction. The Y-axis transfer unit transfers the discharging member from the horizontal frame in left and right directions.
