An Angelica gigas, Nakai extract and Angelica gigas Jiri extract containing a decurshin and decursinol angelate are provided to increase weight of diabetes patient having excellent lipid improvement effect. An Angelica gigas Jiri extract concentrate reduces triglyceride concentration in blood and increase HDL(high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol concentration in blood. The Angelica gigas Jiri extract comprises a decurshin and decursinol angelate as an active ingredient. An Angelica gigas Nakai extract concentrate has lipid metabolism improving effect that increases HDL cholesterol concentration in blood in diabetes. The Angelica gigas Nakai extract concentrate comprises a decursin and decursinol angelate as an active ingredient. A method for producing the Angelica gigas Nakai or Angelica gigas Jiri comprises: a step of adding with ethanol, extracting and concentrating; a step of resolving decursin and decursinol angelate with ethanol, collecting supernatant; a step of diluting with water and resolving with ethanol; a step of centrifuging to remove impurity; a step of drying diluted ethanol layer; a step of adding hexane and water; and a step of drying hexane layer to obtain decursin and decursin angelate extract concentrate.
