PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip member for a steering wheel with less failure of molding by enhancing flowability of a synthetic rubber in injection molding, in a groove on an inner surface of a core body. SOLUTION: In order to form an inner projection part 15 and an outer projection part 16 along a longitudinal direction by the synthetic rubber on inner and outer surfaces of the core body 11, an internal metal die is inserted into the core body 11, an external metal die is arranged at the outside of the core body 11, and the synthetic rubber 17 is flowed to both the inner and outer surfaces through a penetration hole. In the groove 12, the synthetic rubber 17 is filled without impairing flowability, and generation of defect and lack of thickness can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
