PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching rubber strip enabling a person to easily make stretching exercise of turning forward the upper part of the body because a half-round movable strip rubber produces power to push the person's back forward down when the person sits in an opening part of an annular rubber strip, puts both legs inside and pushes the annular rubber strip with both legs. SOLUTION: Each end of the half-round shape movable strip rubber is connected with each diagonal position of the annular strip rubber composed of a round annular strip. The diameter of the opening part of the annular strip rubber is made larger than the trunk of a human body. By pushing straight the annular strip rubber with both legs from inside of the opening part, the movable strip rubber depresses forward the back of the body to help open the legs and stretch forward down the upper body.
