PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a small-sized and cost-reduced electronic apparatus including an antenna for transmitting/receiving a signal and a component element for processing the signal, a sheet-like substrate constituting a case for the electronic apparatus in the manufacturing method, and the electronic apparatus manufactured according to the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 is manufactured according to a manufacturing method, of the electronic apparatus 1, including: a preparation step of preparing a sheet-like substrate 19, which is formed as deploying a case 2 over one plane, including an antenna pattern 14, and a component element 7; a placing step of electrically connecting the component element 7 and the antenna pattern 14 and placing the component element 7 on the sheet-like substrate 19; and an assembly step of assembling the sheet-like substrate 19 into the case 2 by bending the sheet-like substrate 19 and bonding terminal portions of the sheet-like substrate 19 with one another.
