PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding mold and an injection molding method which manufacture moldings having high release resistance to the mold in injection molding of a synthetic resin, especially those vulnerable to deformation owing to smaller draft, by injection molding, in a short time limit for delivery without occurrence of defectives. SOLUTION: A molding having been injected into a cavity 10 and hardened is released from a fixed mold 2 by mold opening and ejected, together with a mold nest 14, out of the mold by an ejector pin 21. After a long positioning fixing member 19a is replaced with a short positioning fixing member 19b, an outer peripheral frame portion 17 is separated from the molding. Then, after the short positioning fixing member 19b is drawn out, the core portion 15 is separated from the molding.
