<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor capable of easily performing firm joint between a bone and a tendon, and to provide a transplantation ligament set using the anchor, and a patella ligament transplantation method. <P>SOLUTION: The anchor 10 is composed of a porous cylindrical body with a pore size of 100-400 μm which is cylindrical formed by entangling titanium fibers with a diameter of 5-400 μm and joining the fibers by vacuum sintering. The anchor 10 is used, especially, for the connection of a patella ligament by connecting a thighbone to a tibia bone. A transplantation ligament set is the set where the anchors 10 is covered with the both ends of the ligament sampled from a donor or an animal, so as to be cultivated for fixing. A ligament transplantation method is the method for transplanting the anchors of the transplantation ligament set by forming holes for fixing the anchors in the bones. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
