PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely ventilate inside of a crank case independently of the negative pressure downstream of a throttle valve, and to reduce the consumption energy by restricting unnecessary drive of an air pump. SOLUTION: A fresh air passage 5 is connected to a cylinder head cover 6 from an upstream side of a throttle valve 3 in an intake passage 2, and a blow-by gas passage 8 is connected from the inside of a crank case 7 to the intake passage 2. An electric air pump 9 is interposed in the fresh air passage 5 to forcibly ventilate the blow-by gas inside of the crank case 7 with operation of the air pump 9.
