A structure of a securing clip for decorations of a car is provided to prevent a length adjustment band from sliding down by forming several anti-slip protrusions at a bottom of the clip. A structure of a securing clip for decorations of a car comprises: a clip body(110) having an upper pad and a both side pad; a clip handle(120) mounted on one side of both sides pad; an auxiliary pad(130) fixed to the other side of both sides pad with a hinge(140); and a rubber packing(150) built in the both sides pad. The auxiliary pad is consisting of: a anti-slip protrusion(136) formed in an upper end; a top hanging ring(132) and a bottom hanging ring(134) formed at a lower part of the anti-slip protrusion; a bottom anti-slip protrusion(136-1) formed in the bottom of the top hanging ring; and a top anti-slip protrusion(136-2) formed at the top of the bottom hanging ring.
