Heel adjustment finger pressure shoes are provided, which perform the finger pressure of plantar by the external force applied to the plantar. Heel adjustment finger pressure shoes comprise: a midsole(100) in which the plantar made of the polyurethane material or the EVA for the impact absorption contacts; an outsole(200) made of the rubber material for the adhesive force with the surface; a top and bottom movement assisting groove; a projected column(230) protruded from the outsole supporting the finger pressure protrusion of the midsole; and a protrusion(310) which is protruded at the finger pressure plate(300).
