A colorfilter array for a CMOS image sensor is provided to improve the sensitivity of an image sensor by improving the arrangement of a white, a blue, and read unit. A plurality of lines is side by side arranged in the color filter array(200) for the CMOS image sensor. The white part of square, the blue, and the white part and red portion are repeated in a row and it is formed in the square file. In the line, a part of the red portion and part of the white portion are arranged to be adjacent to blue part. In the line, a part of blue and a part of white are arranged to be adjacent to the red part.
