A fixing device of a telescopic subassembly of a camera is provided to prevent the twisting of an alignment of a lens assembly by preventing the telescopic subassembly from being transformed. A fixing device of a telescopic subassembly of a camera comprises: a camera body; a telescopic subassembly mounted within the camera body; and a screw fixing board(210) fixing the telescopic subassembly to the camera body. The screw fixing board is consisting of: a bridge unit(211) connected to the telescopic subassembly; and a fixing unit(214) connected to the bridge unit. The fixing unit has a screw hole(215) in which the screw is screwed. The total length of the bridge unit is greater than the external diameter of the fixing unit. The bridge unit is bent at least one time from a side wall of the telescopic subassembly. The bridge unit is a linear type flat board.
