摘要

Device for obtaining hydrogen, oxygen and electric energy, placed in shaft of mine or on floating platform in open sea with pressure water pipeline installed in vertical position. The lower part of the water pipeline has bend and installed turbine of electric hydro-unit. Turbine of electric hydro-unit is in zone of water intake of airlift that is higher divided into two pipes for hydrogen and oxygen. Feeding pipeline is connected to the unit for preparation of feeding water and installed in the upper part of the device.
