FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes installation of rolled metal with location of its exposed face on specified distance up to scissors cutting line and transversal cutting of rolled metal with receiving of sheets of specified measured length. Preliminary before input the rolled metal into scissors it is defined its actual temperature by means of heat sensor, signal from which is received at scissors control station, and distance from the exposed face of rolled metal up to scissors cutting line is defined depending on specified actual temperature of rolled sheet, required nominal length of sheet, metal coefficient of linear expansion and temperature of cold sheet. ^ EFFECT: it is reduced metal consumption by means of cutting accuracy increasing. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex |
