<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a weather strip having no seal part or a weather strip having a seal part according to the type of vehicle and a mounting place, which weather strip is equipped with a mounting part having an approximately U shaped cross section which is mounted to a front edge of a slide door, and has a sensor storage part inserting a core material and having a sensor to be passed, and a lip part which is projectingly formed on one side wall composing the mounting part and seals between the slide door and a front door when the slide door is closed. <P>SOLUTION: A first core material 22 inserted into the mounting part 5 is made of hard resin, and a fitting recessed part 23 is formed on the end part of the first core material 22. An second core material 25 integrally formed on a seal part 24 is also made of hard resin and has a projection part 26 forcibly fitted to the fitting recessed part 23. The weather strip 21 is independently used or used in such a state that the seal part 24 is mounted by forcibly fitting the projection part 26 to the fitting recessed part 23 in accordance with the type of vehicle and the mounting place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
