PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient exhaust steam recompression using method and device with low plant and equipment investment. SOLUTION: By adding a mechanical steam transporter to a suction opening side of an ejector, providing a rising width of steam pressure by the steam transporter at 12 kPa or less, and providing a pressure increase amount of pressurizing a fluid by using a pump when using condensed hot water as a driving fluid for the ejector and sucking in exhaust steam at 0.6 MPa or less, since a suction amount of the exhaust steam by a low pressure blower is extensively increased, the plant and equipment investment is suppressed.
