PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine EGR valve control device for reducing gas flow noises in opening an EGR valve while minimizing the influences on exhaust gas. SOLUTION: In the case where engine operating conditions are in a gas flow noise reduction required region, two-stage operation control device performs ramp control to gently open the EGR valve 26 at a predetermined opening speed for a predetermined time when starting the opening of the EGR valve 26 from a fully closed condition.
