<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable calibration of analog image signals, with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The image signal processing circuit is equipped with a switching circuit for selectably switching an analog image signal to be output as a selected signal in a plurality of analog image signals, an anti-aliasing filter circuit for filtering aliasing component from the selected signal to output an anti-aliasing signal; an analog-to-digital converter circuit which converts the anti-aliasing signal into a digital output signal to output the digital output signal and is gain-and-offset adjustable; a digital-to-analog converter circuit for converting a digital image signal into an analog image signal to output the converted signal. At least one of the plurality of analog image signal input terminals is connected to the output terminal of the digital-to-analog converter circuit. Furthermore, the image signal processing circuit is equipped with a comparison unit for comparing a digital output signal with reference data when a given test pattern is input to the digital-to-analog converter circuit; and a setting unit for setting a gain value and an offset value based on the result of the comparator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
