PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cooling device compact without impairing desired cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: A secondary cooling device 70 is provided with a heat exchange part 46 for condensing a vaporized refrigerant flowing in a condensing path 47 to obtain a liquefied refrigerant, and an evaporator EP arranged below the heat exchange part 46 and vaporizing the liquefied refrigerant flowing in a steam generating tube 52 to obtain the vaporized refrigerant. The secondary cooling device 70 is provided with a plurality of natural circulation circuits 72 independent from each another. In each of the natural circulation circuits 72, the liquefied refrigerant downward flows from the condensing path 47 of the heat exchange part 46 to the steam generating tube 52 of the evaporator EP through liquid piping 48, and the vaporized refrigerant flows from the steam generating tube 52 of the evaporator EP to the condensing path 47 of the heat exchange part 46 through gas piping 50.
