<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intragastric space filler effective for reducing the stomach volume. <P>SOLUTION: The intragastric space filler is a double balloon intragastric space filler system for treating obesity in a patient by reducing the stomach volume, and includes a proximal end inflatable balloon secured to a distal end inflatable balloon by an elongated fluid flow-in member which has a first lumen and second lumen. The first lumen includes a first opening part for fluid communication (mutual movement) with the proximal end balloon.
