PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient clustering system for reducing operation workload for user and manager. SOLUTION: A clustering system 1 is configured of a master machine 10 and a plurality of slave machines 20. This master machine 10 automatically detects the slave machine 20 by a slave management part 13, and assigns a job to the slave machine 20 by a job assignment processing part 15, and transmits a job program stored in a program region 17a. The slave machine 20 receives and executes the job program, and enables a job being executed to access a data region 17b of the master machine 10 by an input/output processing part 22.
