MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR WAX FRACTION STORAGE TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method for a wax fraction storage tank storing raw material of a hydrocracking process, suppressing generation of a substance causing activity reduction of a hydrocracking catalyst in the hydrocracking process using a wax fraction obtained by FT synthesis as the raw material to allow operation of the stable hydrocracking process.

SOLUTION: In this management method for the tank storing the wax fraction generated by Fisher-Tropsh synthesis until hydrocracking the wax fraction, a temperature inside the tank is kept at 90-130°C temperature, and an atmosphere inside the tank is kept under an inert gas atmosphere.
