An apparatus for the preparation of emulsified fuel oil is provided to prepare a water/oil type emulsion, wherein the water/oil type emulsion can be stably used as fuel in industrial boilers and the like since the water/oil type emulsion has low viscosity and contains nanoparticles, thereby maintains an excellent emulsified state. An apparatus for the preparation of emulsified fuel oil is characterized in that the emulsified fuel oil is prepared by a method for the preparation of emulsified fuel oil. The method comprises: a first process of injecting Bunker A, B or C oil having a temperature of 10 to 98 deg.C into a mixer from a raw material tank of which a temperature can be controlled, adding an emulsification agent in the mixer at a temperature of 10 to 98 deg.C, injecting water into the mixer, and sufficiently agitating the materials to prepare a water/oil type emulsion; or a first process of injecting Bunker A, B or C oil into the mixer from a raw material tank, dissolving an emulsification agent into water, adding the dissolved emulsification agent in the mixer at a temperature of 10 to 98 deg.C, and sufficiently agitating the materials to prepare a water/oil type emulsion; or a first process of injecting Bunker A, B or C oil, an emulsification agent, and water into the mixer, and sufficiently agitating the materials at a temperature of 10 to 98 deg.C to prepare a water/oil type emulsion; and a second process of connecting mechanical equipments such as a Homo mixer, a line mixer, a homogenizer, a colloid mill and an ultrasonic generator as emulsifiers for increasing stability of the prepared water/oil type emulsion to consecutively perform the first and second processes. |
