A stereoscopic display device for obtaining the high brightness effect is provided to remove image darkness by changing the color of a mold frame from black into white and convert the form of the mold frame. A first display panel(102) embodies a main image. A second display panel implements a sub image by arranging the rear side of the first image. A first mold frame supports a first display panel and maintains a gap between the second display panel and the first display panel. A second mold frame supports the second display panel.
