A USN based a 220v plug portable motion sensor module is provided to secure the state of a user according to a activity by sensing the amount of the activity through a body motion sensor module. In a USN based a 220v plug portable motion sensor module, the amount of the activity of body inside the house is sensed by a PIR(Pyroelectric Infrared Ray) sensor. The PIR sensor transmits the sensed data to a USN NODE while transmitting data of the sensed activity, and a power source of 220V is employed for the operation of the PIR sensor. A health condition of the human body is accurately obtained based on the sensed activity through PIR sensor.
