ACNES CONTROL COSMETIC RESOURCE OF MYCELIAL CULTURE BROTH OF PEACILOMYCES JAPONICA IN THE MULBERRY LEAF EXTRACT

A cosmetic composition for regulating acne, which contains medium of Peacilomyces japonica in Mulberry leaf extract is provided to inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes with thermal stability. An anti-acne cosmetic composition comprises medium of Peacilomyces japonica hypha in Mulberry leaf extract. A method for producing medium of Peacilomyces japonica hypha comprises: a step of drying and pulverizing the Mulberry leaf and adding distilled water to produce Mulberry leaf medium; a step of sterilizing the medium at 121°C for 15 minutes and cooling by room temperature; a step of inoculating the hypha in sterilized medium; a step of shaking the medium at 25°C; and a step of filtering two times with filter and obtain fermentation solution.
