A waterproof and dustproof automatic temperature adjusting case for a flat panel display using a thermoelectric semiconductor is provided to contain the flat panel display in the waterproof and dustproof automatic temperature adjusting case, thereby obtaining exact temperature adjustment and waterproof effects without respect to a place. A main frame(100) is manufactured by material having high thermal conductivity. A temperature adjusting device adjusts internal temperature of a case according to the internal temperature of the case. A circuit box(300) receives a DC(Direct Current) power supply unit and a video board. A cable receiving unit(400) performs airtight connection of the video board and various cables connected to the DC power supply unit.
