MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, BASE STATION DEVICE, USER DEVICE, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize upstream transmission power when a retransmission packet of a PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel) is transmitted in one band after the PUSCH is transmitted in the other band.

SOLUTION: A base station device includes: a measuring means for measuring the reception quality of a reference signal transmitted from a user device; and a transmission means for transmitting to the user device a control signal including radio resource scheduling information on a upstream link. The user device includes: a receiving means for receiving the control signal from the base station device; and a transmitting means for transmitting a packet to the base station device according to the scheduling information. When a packet in a certain band is transmitted to the user device and then the retransmission packet of the packet is transmitted from the user device in another band, the control signal also contains information indicating a difference between the reception quality in the certain band and the reception quality in the other band. The retransmission packet is transmitted from the user device with power as a total of the transmission power of the certain packet and the difference.
