PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking brake mechanism regulating advance amount of a piston of an interlocking slave cylinder to accurately operate a rear wheel brake with a good feeling when pressure rise on a front wheel brake side is not achieved as preset. SOLUTION: The interlocking brake mechanism for a bar-handle vehicle is provided with a piston stopper 10 which comes into contact with a large-diameter flange part 28b provided on the piston 28 of the interlocking slave cylinder 8 and regulates the advance amount of the piston 28. The piston stopper 10 includes a cylinder part 10b, a stopper lever 33, a stopper resilient member 39, a hydraulic pressure introduction passage 34, and a hydraulic pressure chamber 38. While a predetermined hydraulic pressure does not act to the hydraulic pressure chamber 38, a front end of the stopper lever 33 is projected to a contacting position at more distance from an interlocking member than the large-diameter flange part 28b to come into contact with the piston 28 in such a state that the piston 28 is slightly advanced. In a state where the predetermined hydraulic pressure acts to the hydraulic pressure chamber 38, the stopper lever 33 retreats by the hydraulic pressure so that the front end of the stopper lever 33 moves to a cylinder hole outer periphery side of the interlocking slave cylinder 8.
