In addition, when n is other than 0, a plural number of A1 and/or A2 and/or A3 may form an optionally substituted ring. The benzene ring "a" may have substituent selected from a halogen atom, an amide group, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group and the like); on a thin film of oxide semiconductor fine particles provided on a substrate, and has features that the device can be manufactured at low cost and has high conversion efficiency.
