PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mirror circuit capable of obtaining an accurate current ratio by suppressing reduction in accuracy. SOLUTION: A current mirror circuit 1A comprises a first MOSFET 11, a second MOSFET 13, a third MOSFET 15, a first operational amplifier 20, a second operational amplifier 22, an input terminal, and a detection terminal from which a current corresponding to a current input is output. A power supply voltage V<SB>CC</SB>is applied to a first current terminal of the first MOSFET 11 and a first current terminal of the second MOSFET 13. Furthermore, a reference voltage V<SB>ref</SB>is applied to second current terminals of the first MOSFET 11 and the second MOSFET 13.
