PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive rolling bearing device with a sensor, for remarkably reducing an arranging space of a displacement sensor. SOLUTION: The displacement sensor comprises: a substrate 70; a first coil 71 arranged on a first surface 75 on one side of the substrate 70 so as to surround a first track member over the whole periphery; and a second coil 72 arranged on the first surface 75 so as not to surround the first track member. The substrate 70 is fixed to an elastic part 54 of a pack seal 10 positioned in the vicinity of a constant velocity universal joint such as a rolling bearing device for a wheel for a driving wheel so that the extending direction of the substrate 70 substantially agrees with the radial direction of a second track member.
