PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image sensor capable of preventing narrowing of a field angle and degradation of image quality while lowering a pixel rate when image data is output from an image sensor, and to provide an imaging apparatus using the solid-state image sensor. SOLUTION: The solid-state image sensor includes a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements, each of which includes a color filter for transmitting light of a different color component, wherein a plurality of color filters are periodically arrayed in a unit of a plurality of colors. The solid-state image sensor further includes a signal output part for mixing a plurality of digital signals output via an A/D conversion part at a predetermined ratio different on each prescribed sampling position to output mixed signals of which the number is smaller than the number of photoelectric conversion elements.
