<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an original layout-processed across two pages/sheet may be layout-processed across, similarly to four pages/sheets, when the original is layout-processed across two pages/sheet by a driver, and that bookbinding printing leads to vertical bookbinding printing, and that an original whose bookbinding layout has been performed, in advance, results in a disordered page sequence. <P>SOLUTION: Whether to divide document data is set on a printer driver UI, and the classification of whether to perform bookbinding sequence layout is designated; the margin(blank) section of each page of the document data is detected by a printer driver; and a division method is determined in accordance with the information and layout setting by the printer driver is performed by using the divided section as a single page. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
