A dry cutting device and a method for removing a joint using the same are provided to reduce the driving resistance of a wire saw by improving the pulley structure and to remove the joint with cool air by removing the residue generated in the deconstruction in order to prevent the environmental contamination. A dry cutting device comprises: a wire saw(100) cutting the structure while contacting to the structure; a driving unit operating the wire saw contacted with structure; a direction conversion unit(130) converting the traveling direction of the wire saw into the horizontal direction or the vertical direction; a main body frame(140) supporting a frame for the wire saw to cut the cutting object evenly; a cooling unit(150) cooling the wire saw using the cool air; and a dust collecting unit(160) collecting the dust from the cut object.
