摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of advantageously manufacturing a high-quality, low-cost raw material for producing a sintered ore without producing a large amount of slag, by realizing effective use of fine-grained, low-quality iron ore. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the molding material for producing the sintered ore comprises the steps of: adding 2-15 mass% of ultrafine iron ore powder with an average grain size of≤10μm to a sintering raw material particle and mixing them to form a sintering raw material particle coated with the ultrafine powder; and molding the raw material particle. Here, the sintering raw material particle comprises a coarse-grained iron ore with an average grain size of 1.5-4.5 mm and a fine-grained iron ore with a grain size within the range of larger than 10μm but smaller than that of the coarse-grained iron ore. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
