SUPPORT DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING A PANEL USING GEARS TO ADJUST A POSITION OF THE PANEL

A panel supporting device is provided to support a load of various sizes applied to a panel by using a tension controller of a coil spring. A base bracket(110) is attached on a main body of an ultrasonic diagnostic device. A bracket(140) for mounting the panel is attached on the panel. One end of a first arm(120) and a second arm(130) is rotatably coupled in a first supporting part(120a) and a second supporting part(130a) of the base bracket. The other end of the first arm and the second arm is rotatably coupled in the bracket for mounting the panel. An elastic unit connects the first supporting part to the other end of the second arm. The elastic unit includes a coil spring(151) and a tension controller. The tension controller controls a tensile force of the coil spring. A locking unit selectively restricts rotation of the first arm and the second arm about the first supporting part and the second supporting part by using a gear(161).
