An advertisement system and a publicity method for publicizing an e-commerce site by using a client program and a public relation information creation unit are provided to extract a vender corresponding to an access route of a visit user or an access URL. A web browser unit(21) of a vendor terminal indicates a downloaded web page. A publicity registration request unit(22) registers the address of a web page in which the publicity writings of the vendor is registered as the publicizing information is performed. A web page acquisition unit(23) acquires the address of the web page according to the public relation registration request. A publicity information generating unit(24) produces the publicizing information including the vendor information and uniform resource locator. A publicity information transmitting unit transmits the publicizing information to publicity server.
