A thermotherapy chair using the torsional wave is provided, which operates in the wavelength treatment mode by the torsional wave which is useful to the metabolism by generating the heat and the torsional wave. A thermotherapy chair using the torsional wave comprises: a seat board(100) of the hollow structure where a man can sit down; a back plate(102) of the hollow structure; a side plate(104) of the hollow structure which is perpendicularly arranged in both side end points of the seat board and the back plate; an engine(200) for the torsional wave generation by rotating the water in the fixed direction and causing the torsional wave; a water circulation member circulating the water along the engine for the torsional wave generation, the seat board, the side plate, and the back plate; and a heater selectively installed in the engine for the torsional wave generation, the seat board, the side plate, and the back plate.
