GREEN SPRAYABLE POLYURETHANE FOAM COMPOSITION

An environment-friendly spray-type polyurethane foam composition is provided to recycle resources by using recycling materials, to minimize a volatile organic compound and formaldehyde, and to ensure excellent foaming stability and storage stability. An environment-friendly spray-type polyurethane foam composition comprises a resin premix 45-55 weight% and polyisocyanate 55-45 weight%. The resin premix comprises (a) recycling polyethylene terephthalate-based polyether polyol 20-47 parts by weight having 2-3 functional groups and molecular weight of 300-400; (b) glycerine or ethylene diamine-based polyether polyol 13-45 parts by weight having 3.5~5.5 functional groups and molecular weight of 300-800; (c) a cross-linking agent 3-7 parts by weight; (d) a reactive amine-based urethane catalyst 2-4 parts by weight; (e) a metallic urethane catalyst 1-3 parts by weight; (f) a silicone surfactant 0.1-3 parts by weight; (g) water 1-2 parts by weight; (h) a flame retardant 7-11 parts by weight; and (i) a foaming agent 10-25 parts by weight.
