An air-conditioner is provided to prevent damage to the control unit by cutting off the power supply from the power supply unit to the control unit in the event of wiring error of N phase. An air-conditioner comprises a power supply unit(10) which provides three-phase power including R, S, and T phases, a wiring error detection circuit(20) which is connected to each phase of the power supply unit to sense a wiring error of N phase, a switching unit(30) switched on/off selectively according to the N-phase wiring error, and a control unit(40) which is supplied with power selectively through the switching unit. The wiring error detection circuit includes resistances(21,22,23,24) connected to R, S, T, and N phases respectively. A display unit(26) showing the N-phase wiring error is connected to the resistance connected to the N phase. |
