A method and an apparatus for providing service opening information of a third terminal, and a service authentication information generating method and a service authentication system that use the same are provided to enable a service provider to reopen a service without visiting a user's house by using service history information stored at an authentication server of a service provider. An input unit(121) receives the request information as to service opening from a third terminal, and a service history storage unit(123) stores service history information as to the third terminal. A service history query unit(122) refers to the service history information corresponding to the requested information from the stored history information, and an opening information transmitting unit(124) provides the third terminal with the service opening information.
