PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a storing amount of ink by realizing the ink exchange function in an ink storing container compactly. SOLUTION: An air flow controlling part 20 which controls an air flow between the inside and outside is arranged in an ink storing part which stores the ink. The air flow controlling part 20 is equipped with a valve 22 of a communication porousness which makes air exchange in both positive and negative directions carried out between the inside and outside according to an internal pressure change of the ink storing part, and a liquid repellent film body 24 which is placed on the ink side from the valve 22 and has an air permeability and a liquid repellency.
