<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin of a winding component capable of reliably absorbing deformation utilizing the expansion of the edge of a coil even if the deformation is generated by the operation of an external force to a terminal to which the edge of a coil is connected. <P>SOLUTION: The bobbin 1 of a winding component is formed of a material having electrical insulation properties, and has a winding section where a coil 3 is wound at the outer periphery and a terminal fitting section 4 formed at the winding section. At the terminal fitting section 4, a terminal 5 to which the edge 3a of the coil 3 is fixed is embedded. In the bobbin of a winding component, a groove 6 that is extended between the terminal 5 and the coil 3 and to which the edge 3a of the coil 3 is inserted is formed at the terminal fitting section 4. On a bottom face 20 of the groove 6 and a side face 21 along which the edge 3a of the coil 3 is, projections 22, 23 for separating the edge 3a of the coil 3 from the bottom face 20 and the side face 21 and preventing line-contact to the bottom face 20 and the side face 21 are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
