<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable ankle bending/stretching tool which prevents/softens the circulation depletion of the membrum inferius by making the ankle bend/stretch at any place by a simple motion. <P>SOLUTION: This roller type bending/stretching tool A includes a foot supporting base 2 which supports the foot, its fastening band 1, and a shaft core under the foot supporting base 2.
